Accounts Executive

Isoall in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile payment service provider (PSP) transactions
• Monitor PSP settlements to meet agreed timeframes
• Conduct monthly reconciliations on deposit and withdrawal service charges
• Post invoices and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with daily and month-end accounting tasks
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes
• Provide support to the finance team as required.

 Qualifications and Skills:

• Actively studying ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent command of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in the gaming industry would be an asset
• Familiarity with Business Central accounting software would be preferred
• Must be eligible to work within the EU
• Must be already located in Malta.
