Cost Analyst

One of our leading clients within the local manufacturing industry is seeking to recruit a Cost Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the CFO, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: 

• Performing monthly analysis on key components of gross margin and cost of sales
• Identifying efficiency areas through thorough analysis
• Assisting the Financial Controller with budgeting, especially in those areas related to expenses and costings
• Identifying requirement specifications that will estimate the cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
• Analyzing and maximizing the company's policies and procedures whilst working on technical specifications, cost cutting and estimates to meet clients' requirements 
• Working hand in hand with other departments to gather and validate business requirements and ensure processes are followed
• Evaluating supply chains and products in order to maximize profits, assisting and supporting by predicting capacity requirements whilst adjusting and assessing the capacity
