We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team and take on the role of Accounts Clerk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records such as posting of debtors & creditors Invoices
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
- Monitor cash flow
- Prepare bank deposits
- Respond to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in both Maltese & English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
