Our client is looking to recruit an Admin and Accounts Coordinator to join their team part-time. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client contracts, and organize client folders to ensure all documentation is accurately filed and databases are current.
  • Manage all invoicing tasks, including proformas, deposits, arrivals, installation handovers, extras, and quotations.
  • Adhere to monthly invoicing deadlines established by the Finance Department.
  • Perform various additional duties to support daily operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programms
Education and Experience
  • Diploma in a related field
