Admin and Accounts Coordinator (Part-Time)

Our client is looking to recruit an Admin and Accounts Coordinator to join their team part-time.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client contracts, and organize client folders to ensure all documentation is accurately filed and databases are current.
- Manage all invoicing tasks, including proformas, deposits, arrivals, installation handovers, extras, and quotations.
- Adhere to monthly invoicing deadlines established by the Finance Department.
- Perform various additional duties to support daily operations.
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programms
- Diploma in a related field
- Flexible working hours
