Our client is looking to recruit an Admin and Accounts Coordinator to join their team part-time.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update client contracts, and organize client folders to ensure all documentation is accurately filed and databases are current.
Manage all invoicing tasks, including proformas, deposits, arrivals, installation handovers, extras, and quotations.
Adhere to monthly invoicing deadlines established by the Finance Department.
Perform various additional duties to support daily operations.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programms
Education and Experience
Diploma in a related field
