Our client operating in the Catering industry is looking for a skilled Cost Controller to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.


  • Regularly compiling data reports pertaining to cost of materials, stock levels, inventory turnover, and any potential issue
  • Investigation of food and beverage cost variances against budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure that accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock items are maintained
  • Spot checks upon receiving and posting of invoices
  • Perform stock-take and spot checks in various outlets
  • Analysis of stock variances from physical inventory cycle counts and stock-takes
  • Liaising with Auditors during their audit process in particular attention to Inventory matters
  • Closing of consumption report on a monthly basis
  • Monitor food and beverage waste and develop strategies to minimize it
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports that may be requested by management
  • Previous local experience in cost control
  • Experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry will be considered and asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
Education and Experience
  • Ideally in possession of A'level in Accounts or better
