BCXPRO in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Manager to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our Crypto OTC company as the accounts manager. This role is crucial to our organization as you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make sound financial decisions that align with our company's goals and objectives. Must be a Maltese resident.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and profitability
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the executive team
  • Manage cash flow and ensure the company's financial stability
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall company objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to financial strategies
  • Present financial reports and analysis to the executive team and board of directors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Be willing to apply themselves in other areas if needed.

Desired requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic decisions
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
