SECFORCE is looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our awesome team globally. 

Who are we?

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising the payroll process in multiple countries 
• New hires’ screening and onboarding 
• Facilitating and assisting client onboarding process 
• Raising sales invoices and credit notes in an efficient and accurate manner 
• Liaising with the sales, project management and delivery teams to collate and validate the information required to issue invoices 
• Initiating credit control 
• Processing bills / receipts on Xero and dealing with bank reconciliations 
• Handling team expenses 
• Making purchases for the sales and technical departments 
• Organising travel, Client events, Team Events, etc. 
• General support for the senior management team 

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Maltese and English financial regulations and landscape 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa 
• Computer literacy is a must 

Other requirements:

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the EU/UK.

Maltese language good to have.
