Accounts Executive

Brainston Advisory Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full/part time basis.

We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate should be organized, meticulous, and self-motivated, with a strong team spirit and a keen interest in learning and progressing. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time/reduced hours positions.

Responsibilities:

• Financial bookkeeping for both local and international businesses in various industries
• Conducting various accounting reconciliations
• Preparing management accounts
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparing year-end accounts for audit purposes
• Performing ad-hoc duties as required
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Minimum A' level in Accounts
• Ability to communicate in Italian and previous experience in client accounting would be considered an asset.
