Accountant - Part time (20 hours)
Our client within the investments industry is looking for an accountant to work a maximum of 20 hours weekly. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Director and offer flexible working hours during the core hours (8.00-17.00)
Responsibilities:
- Posting of invoices
- Allocating payments to different companies
- Reconciliations of suppliers and customers accounts
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Preparation and submissions of VAT returns
- Assisting in audits by preparing documents, answering email related to audits
- Preparing Management Accounts
- Processing of all Payroll for a small amount of employees
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Able to meet deadlines
- Fluent in Maltese speaking
- Completed or in the process of completing the ACCA qualification
- Payment of parking
- Hybrid work
