As a Junior IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations within both internal and client environments. You will work in a hybrid setup, based at our offices in Pieta’ this will be combined with remote working and occasional on-site visits to client locations to deliver hands-on technical assistance.
