IT Administrator

Our client, an IT solutions provider, is on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist to offer external support to their clients. 

Your Responsibilities:  

• Providing external software and hardware support, both on-site and remotely.
• Setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Troubleshooting hardware such as PCs, printers, mobiles, networking, etc.
• Providing application support. 
• Escalating user queries, if and when needed.

• Between 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware devices.
• Excellent command in English.
• Candidate must be already based in Malta.
