FBS (Marketing) Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an ERP Helpdesk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:
We are a leading Wholesale & Retail organization dealing primarily in fast-moving consumer goods, with a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction. We represent several big brands within the local market, such as Mars, Kellogg’s, Foster Clark’s, Barilla, Glenfiddich, as well as Misura, to name a few.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented ERP Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
Act as the first line of support for all internal system difficulties about company business applications, that users come across. Ensure a good quality standard of data and assists with process enhancements within the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line of support for queries related to ERP and third-party business solutions connecting to it
  • Continuously cleanse system data to ensure a standard way of inputting information
  • Continuously ensure data validity
  • Vetting of profiles in terms of inventory, customers, and vendor modules
  • Monitoring and maintenance of ERP automation
  • Monitoring the integration statuses between the ERP and the third-party solutions ensuring continuous uptime
  • Maintenance and upkeep of system configuration across all platforms
  • Documentation and upkeep of company system-related SOPs
  • Leads procedural training pertaining to company business systems
  • Escalate technical issues to the correct channel accordingly
  • Assist with the implementation of new solutions
  • Assist with the development of common organisational reports.


Requirements:

  • MQF Level 6 qualification in business or IT field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in Acumatica ERP will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge in any SQL technology is preferred with specific focus on Microsoft SQL Server.
