Senior Architect (Project Owner)

Our client is a household name in the hospitality industry in Malta. They are in the process of building a new hotel so they would like to engage a Senior Architect (Project Owner) to manage the whole project

The Role

• You will lead this project for this new 5-star luxury hotel 
• You will oversee all aspects from construction to operations
• You will coordinate with various stakeholders, managing project schedules and budgets
• You will be person resolving issues, leading meetings, overseeing procurement, ensuring compliance, and managing project logistics
• You will give regular updates to senior management on progress and raise any relevant issues immediately
• Ensure that timelines are always met to ensure that delivery of project is as agreed

• Must have an architecture degree
• Have a a minimum of 5years experience managing large projects from site to operations
• Have experience dealing with all stakeholders & all levels of workers
• Be concise and timely
• Have exceptional negotiation skills
• Have experience in dealing with the construction regulators and other related entities
• Must have direct experience dealing with the Planning Authority
