Senior Digital Solutions Manager

Our client within the Financial Industry is looking for a Senior Digital Solutions Manager to help built a team 

Responsibilities:

• You will lead the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of the company's digital solutions, playing a key role in its digital transformation.
• Design scalable, secure solution architectures aligned with strategic goals, establishing and maintaining standards and documentation.
• Oversee the design and development of digital solutions, including technical infrastructure and business process transformation.
• Manage and enhance workflows, configurations, and functions within digital platforms.
• Operate a service desk based on best practices, address production issues, and perform daily administrative tasks.
• Inspire and empower a multidisciplinary team, fostering innovation, professional growth, and accountability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity while integrating innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, workflows, and processes for optimization and reference.

• a minimum of six (6) years prior experience in implementing digital processes, workflows or systems using Pega Systems or other Low-Code Solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Experience in software development, particularly using Java or Python, and SQL Scripting would be considered very advantageous.

• MQF Level 6 in Computer Science or a related field of study
