Our client is looking for a Product Owner to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze needs and align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
Develop key objectives, strategies, and use product data to inform business decisions.
Assess value, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with product strategy for maximum value.
Review market trends, innovations, and competitor offerings; suggest new product development while maintaining feedback channels with other departments.
Create product specifications and overall design, including technical requirements, in coordination with the Technical Team.
Lead cross-departmental discussions and reviews to ensure comprehensive product design, manage and coordinate project teams, and provide necessary reports and updates to senior management and colleagues.
Requirements
Fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
Analytical and strategic mindset is needed
Strong work ethic, project leadership, and time management skills
Education and Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
A tertiary and/or post-secondary academic qualification in IT or a related field is required
