Product Owner

Our client is looking for a Product Owner to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze needs and align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
• Develop key objectives, strategies, and use product data to inform business decisions.
• Assess value, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with product strategy for maximum value.
• Review market trends, innovations, and competitor offerings; suggest new product development while maintaining feedback channels with other departments.
• Create product specifications and overall design, including technical requirements, in coordination with the Technical Team.
• Lead cross-departmental discussions and reviews to ensure comprehensive product design, manage and coordinate project teams, and provide necessary reports and updates to senior management and colleagues.

• Fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
• Analytical and strategic mindset is needed
• Strong work ethic, project leadership, and time management skills

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
• A tertiary and/or post-secondary academic qualification in IT or a related field is required
