IT Business Solutions Specialist

Our client, operating in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an ambitious, motivated and well-spoken IT Business Solutions Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to address business challenges.
• Prepare documentation for new systems and processes.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for IT solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders for technology adoption.
• Help develop and monitor IT project budgets.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
• Support to Business Technology Manager:
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and deliver presentations on IT trends.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and IT Change Management protocols.

Diploma in IT/Computer Studies or equivalent.

Project management experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience working in multi-site environments.

Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
