Digital Transformation Associate / Business Analyst

Our well-known client offering IT services is on the lookout for a Digital Transformation Associate to join their growing Solutions team. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Client Operations: Evaluate and map clients' workflows and data practices to identify areas for improvement and better user experiences.
• Design Innovative Solutions: Collaborate in crafting scalable, cloud-based digital solutions that enhance accessibility, user experience, and long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate Change Management: Assist in guiding clients through transitions to new digital tools, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
• Support Project Delivery: Contribute to project management tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
• Simplify Technical Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders by translating complex concepts into clear, understandable language.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Build client trust by identifying areas for operational improvement, fostering collaboration, and supporting business growth opportunities.

• Excellent communication in English

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• A Degree will be considered an asset
