IT Systems Administrator

Our well-known client offering IT services is on the lookout for an IT Systems Administrator to join their growing team. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling 2nd level support requests, either remote or on-site, related to Microsoft applications as well as virtual environments. 
• Remote access solution implementation and support. 
• Communicating with clients in a timely manner and keeping them updated on the progress of the incident and way forward. 
• Escalating project or service issues. 
• Offering internal technical support.

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience working in a similar position focusing on 2nd line queries.
• Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and good customer care skills
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Candidate must be already based in Malta.
