IT Administrator

Our client is on the lookout for an IT Administrator to join their team in Malta. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Resolving tickets at 1st and 2nd line internal support
• Maintaining and configuring both virtual and physical servers
• Setting up and maintaining user accounts
• Making sure that IT infrastructure is properly secured and working efficiently
• Making sure that there is enough IT equipment in stock whilst taking care of desktop hardware such as PCs, laptops, and printers
• Creating and maintaining Active Directory groups
• Participating in an on-call rotation 

• A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Knowledge on Active Directory, Hardware and Software
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge in Veam and Hyper V

• Advanced Diploma in IT or equivalent
