IT Administrator
Our client is on the lookout for an IT Administrator to join their team in Malta.
Your Responsibilities:
- Resolving tickets at 1st and 2nd line internal support
- Maintaining and configuring both virtual and physical servers
- Setting up and maintaining user accounts
- Making sure that IT infrastructure is properly secured and working efficiently
- Making sure that there is enough IT equipment in stock whilst taking care of desktop hardware such as PCs, laptops, and printers
- Creating and maintaining Active Directory groups
- Participating in an on-call rotation
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge on Active Directory, Hardware and Software
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge in Veam and Hyper V
- Advanced Diploma in IT or equivalent
