IT Manager

We're on the lookout for a talented IT Manager to join our client's team and take charge of their tech operations across multiple properties. If you're hands-on and have a solid background in IT systems and infrastructure, this could be your next move.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support IT operations across multiple properties, ensuring systems are consistent, secure, and effective
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure (VPNs, Wi-Fi, telecoms)
• Lead IT projects including system upgrades, property integrations, and migrations
• Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations
• Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and third-party providers to align IT services with business needs
• Manage IT inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment lifecycle at each property

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and endpoint management
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willing and able to travel to multiple property locations
• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or a similar IT environment preferred
• Confident communicator across all organizational levels
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 years of local experience in a similar role
