Hili Ventures is looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented HR Systems and Operations Assistant to support the People team and improve efficiency in its HR systems and processes.
Based in Malta and reporting to the HR Systems and Operations Coordinator, the selected candidate will play a key role in HR’s day-to-day operation, ensuring system functionality and providing first-level support to employees on personnel-related systems. The role also involves maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR system data is organised, secure, and up to date.
