Embedded Systems Engineer / IoT Engineer (Part-Time)

About Us:

Digital Traffic Brain is developing next-generation AI-powered solutions that integrate with sensors and cameras to enhance mobility and traffic management. We are looking for an Embedded Systems Engineer to help design and implement real-time sensor and IoT solutions that seamlessly interact with our AI models and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop firmware and software for sensor and camera-based systems
• Implement real-time data acquisition, processing, and transmission from embedded devices
• Optimize communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, WebSockets, etc.) for seamless data transfer
• Integrate hardware with cloud platforms and AI-driven applications
• Debug and troubleshoot hardware-software interactions
• Work closely with AI engineers, software developers, and product teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in embedded systems or IoT development
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or Rust for embedded development
• Experience with microcontrollers and SoCs (ESP32, Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, etc.)
• Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Bluetooth, LoRa, etc.)
• Experience with computer vision and AI inference on edge devices is a plus
• Familiarity with RTOS and Linux-based embedded systems
• Understanding of sensor calibration, data fusion, and real-time processing
• Experience with cloud connectivity for IoT devices (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, etc.) is a bonus.
