Lunar is a software development and business services company with a strong focus on the trading and iGaming industries. We are seeking a passionate Finance and Risk Executive to join our growing team. 

You would be responsible for investigating and resolving customers’ technical payment queries within the software and providing effective, knowledgeable services and solutions to your teammates and customers.

Day to day duties include:

• Managing customer queries in a timely manner.
• Performing checks on customers and request the relevant compliance documents in line with regulatory requirements.
• Identifying fraudulent activity related to document authenticity by adhering to internal policies and procedures.
• Escalating any suspected cases of money laundering to the relevant team.
• Liaising with internal departments daily to ensure escalations are resolved efficiently, guaranteeing the best possible service for our customers.
• Interacting with providers through internal channels.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be fluent in English (a second language is a bonus).
• Have proven past experience working in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
• Past experience or familiarity with Sumsub or similar software.
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Be a team player with the ability to collaborate closely with other departments.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and analytical skills.
• The ability to anticipate, prioritise, and multitask effectively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Working hours:

Shift patterns, including evening and weekend schedules.
