IT Administrator

A well-known company that deals with both local and international clients, is on the lookout for an IT Administrator to join their team in Malta.

Your responsibilities include:

• Installing and configuring both hardware and software applications.
• Administering on Windows as a server and Office 365.
• Troubleshooting both system and network issues.
• Focusing on networking, server solutions, wifi, CCTV etc.
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers by providing support and assisting with finding the best solutions.
• Overseeing the ticketing system and ensuring that issues are met in a timely manner.
• Maintaining IS policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the overall IT administrative upkeep and DNS management.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge and experience on Hyper-V and Windows.
• High motivation and drive with willingness to grow.
• Excellent command of English since you will be dealing with employees based overseas.
