IT Consultant - Chinese Speaking (Part Time)

Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a part-time IT Consultant with technical expertise and bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English to coordinate with external service providers, enhance internal processes, and support IT system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with External IT Service Providers (OTS & HT)

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external IT service providers.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Optimize and document the IT services delivered by OTS and HT.
• Streamline Internal IT Processes & System Architecture

2. Analyze the current JAIMS ERP and COGNOS BI systems to identify inefficiencies.

• Improve data flow for financial, production, and supply chain processes to enhance automation.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and digital transformation.
• Prepare for System Migration

3. Evaluate the current IT architecture to support future ERP upgrades or BI system replacements.

• Manage core data assets to ensure smooth migration.
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulatory standards for data management and system upgrades. 

4. Provide IT Support and Technical Consultation

• Assist in resolving IT issues related to data organization, system integration, and automation.
• Support financial and production teams by enhancing data collection and reporting efficiency.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Technical Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JAIMS) is a plus
• Experience with Bi Tools such as Power Bi, Tableau and COGONOS is a plus
• Familiar with data migration, system integration and API Development
• Experience in RPA (UiPath) or AI-powered Analytics (GPT/DeepSeek) is a plus
• Experience in system optimization or IT Project management is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
