Warehouse Supervisor

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their expanding team. Your role will include:

• Receiving and handling goods.
• Assigning and staging materials for production processes.
• Preparing shipments.
• Ensuring the correct storage of materials.
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Upholding the required standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the workplace.

The person chosen must be ready to work on a shift basis. Overtime opportunity is provided.

Team A:

• Monday 6am to 6pm
• Tuesday 6am to 6pm
• Wednesday off
• Thursday off
• Friday 6am to 6pm
• Saturday 6am – 2pm

Team B will work on Mon, Wed and Thursday and will alternate with Team A on a weekly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A diploma or Advanced Level education is preferred, with a minimum of ‘O’ Level qualification required.
• Prior experience in logistics, sales, or warehousing activities.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, GMP environments, or SAP systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Results-driven with a positive attitude aligned with company values.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese is a must.
• Methodical and precise in work execution.
• Highly organized.
