Role Overview
The Warehouse Executive will support the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient administrative handling, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across the department. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Administration: Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of the warehouse, ensuring timely processing of documentation and internal records.
• Operational Coordination: Support the coordination of warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate files, inventories, and system entries in line with internal processes.
• Communication: Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely exchange of information and to support operational requirements.
• Continuous Support: Provide assistance in general warehouse duties whenever required to support the wider team.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: A minimum secondary level of education. Additional qualifications in logistics or administration would be considered an asset.
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse-related role would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
• Communication Skills: Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Business.
• Interpersonal Skills: A reliable and approachable individual who can work well within a team while also managing tasks independently.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Organisation: Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-Motivated: A trustworthy and independent individual with the drive to manage tasks efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and apply sound judgment when handling challenges.
