Delivery Driver (Part-Time)

Ta' Xmun Caterers in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Delivery Driver to join their team on a part-time basis.

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Part Time Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers. This is a part-time position with flexible hours mornings only.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and company policies
• Load and unload packages onto the delivery vehicle
• Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely deliveries
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Collect payments and obtain signatures from customers upon delivery
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and payments
• Report any vehicle or delivery issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to lift packages to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with GPS devices and route planning
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
