Finish Furnish Ltd/Casafini in Malta is looking to recruit a Shipping Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound shipments.
- Auditing freight invoices against agreed tariffs and quotations
- Check for the best prices and service of shipping in the market
- Performing regular weekly/monthly reports of Shipping Schedules
- Liaising with service providers ensuring smooth transitions
- Prepare documentation for customs purposes
- Other duties as required to support the external logistics function.
Required Abilities:
- Experience in Shipping processes is a must
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese & English (Italian will be considered a bonus)
- Competent in customs import procedures
- Knowledgeable and conversant on EU Regulations and cross-border traffic requirements (documents and processed)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization.
