Senior Procurement and Logistics Executive

Our well-established client with an extensive portfolio of consumer brands, is seeking to recruit a Senior Procurement and Logistics Executive. Working within a small team, your main responsibilities include:

• Maintain supplier relationships and oversee product organization.
• Develop and manage supplier order forecasts.
• Handle supplier damage claims and reimbursement.
• Conduct thorough stock reviews for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure legal conformity for products.
• Analyze incoming stock costs for accurate budgeting.
• Process internal pre-payment requests promptly.
• Place orders with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Manage the new stock process from acquisition to integration.
• Monitor and resolve supplier order discrepancies.
• Oversee efficient logistics and freight forwarding.
• Liaise with Sales Managers to align strategies.
• Maintain and update price lists and agreements.
• Manage duty and customs clearance compliance.

• Work experience in a similar job position.
• Ability to build and maintain external relationships.
• Fluency in English communication skills.
• Must be already based in Malta.
