Demand & Supply Planner

Our client is looking for a Demand & Supply planner to join their growing team.

• Oversee the tactical purchasing process for direct materials, focusing on stock reduction, cost optimization, and ensuring timely material availability.
• Coordinate the introduction of new artwork for printed materials, ensuring timely implementation based on customer requests while minimizing stock waste.
• Manage production scheduling and the order cycle.
• Monitor and follow up on material planning processes.
• Collaborate with Purchasers and Planners to resolve issues related to the Material Plan, ensuring the Master Schedule is met.
• Maintain accurate Master Data in SAP to support business needs, including managing the availability of new items or updates. Oversee all supply management parameters within MRP in SAP.
• Ensure overall management of SAP data, including inventory accuracy, adherence to targets, and availability of new product versions.

Working hours are normal office hours between Monday & Friday. Salary is based on experience.

• Experience using SAP or other business management software.
• Proficient with Office applications especially with Excel and Power Point at Advanced level is essential; Power BI knowledge would be an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in Maths and Computing, Statistics, Supply Chain Management , Chemistry or a related field

• Previous relevant experience or a combination of qualifications and experience
