Senior Delivery Driver

Due to the continuous growth of the company – CATERESSENCE one of the leading catering industries in Malta is recruiting a full-time Senior Delivery Driver.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all deliveries are delivered on time according to schedule reflecting the needs of the operation.
• To ensure that products and equipment are delivered in the same state as when loaded.
• Responsible for proper loading and securing of trolleys/crates to prevent movement and allow safe transport and handle loading and unloading as required.
• Maintain accurate records and logs. 
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips; responsible for returning Company vehicle in the same state as taken. 
• Keep the interior and exterior of the Company vehicle clean. 
• To report any incidents that occur with immediate effect to the Logistics Supervisor and Security.
• Coordinate with the other drivers in the absence of the Logistics Supervisor
• To report any noted defects on a Company vehicle to the Logistics Supervisor and Security.
• Observe all related Driving & Health & Safety Regulations as specified by law and Company standards. 

Skills required:

• Ability to communicate in both English and Maltese.
• Be computer literate.
• Have a smart appearance.
• Possess a License C driving license.
