Senior Delivery Driver

Due to the continuous growth of the company – CATERESSENCE one of the leading catering industries in Malta is recruiting a full-time Senior Delivery Driver.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all deliveries are delivered on time according to schedule reflecting the needs of the operation.
- To ensure that products and equipment are delivered in the same state as when loaded.
- Responsible for proper loading and securing of trolleys/crates to prevent movement and allow safe transport and handle loading and unloading as required.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips; responsible for returning Company vehicle in the same state as taken.
- Keep the interior and exterior of the Company vehicle clean.
- To report any incidents that occur with immediate effect to the Logistics Supervisor and Security.
- Coordinate with the other drivers in the absence of the Logistics Supervisor
- To report any noted defects on a Company vehicle to the Logistics Supervisor and Security.
- Observe all related Driving & Health & Safety Regulations as specified by law and Company standards.
Skills required:
- Ability to communicate in both English and Maltese.
- Be computer literate.
- Have a smart appearance.
- Possess a License C driving license.
