Job Description:
Nutri Biotech Services, a leading biotech company in Malta specializing in the research and development of novel foods and feed additives for the animal feed industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production and Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain plant machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure the highest quality of products during the production process.
• Manage warehouse activities, including stock and inventory monitoring on a first-in-first-out basis.
• Oversee and implement the production of goods, meeting targets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare goods for shipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Assist during the harvest period and contribute to overall production efficiency.

• Post-secondary education in science-based subjects is preferable but not necessary.
• Experience in a production environment is required.
• Experience in equipment maintenance is considered an asset.

• Strong communication skills.
• Personal discipline and time management skills.
