We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a Customer Logistics role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of logistics operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate information
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and transportation, to ensure seamless operations and customer service
  • Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including carriers and installers, to optimise logistics operations
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to delivery to customers
  • Assist in the development of logistics strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics or a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
