Parts Warehouse Specialist

Auto Sales Limited (Kind's) in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Parts Warehouse Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock deliveries of motor vehicle parts
• Organize and store parts systematically, maintaining an efficient and orderly inventory
• Pick and prepare parts for the workshop and customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

About You:

You’re reliable, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail. While prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or automotive environment is an advantage, it’s not required, as we provide full training.

Requirements:

• O’ Level standard of education
• Previous experience in a warehouse or parts environment is preferred
• Computer literacy
• Fluent in Maltese and English
• A clean driving licence is preferred
• Basic knowledge of motor vehicle technical aspects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; familiarity with stock management software is a plus
• Excellent administrative and time management skills
• Professional and positive attitude, appearance, and strong communication skills
• Must be based in Malta or within the EU.
