Engineering Works Coordinator & Storekeeper

Malta Marriott Resort & Spa is currently looking to recruit an Engineering Works Coordinator & Storekeeper to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:
We are looking for an Engineering Works Coordinator/Storekeeper to join our dynamic team. Forming part of the Engineering department and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the maintenance stores. One would be performing a variety of tasks to keep the place in an orderly manner.

These include amongst others the following duties and responsibilities:

• Accounting, receiving, and distributing of equipment and supplies
• Keeping exact records of the incoming and outgoing items
• Ordering of parts and materials with minimum and maximum stock levels
• Preparing POs
• Purchasing of equipment
• Cross-checking physical stock at frequent intervals to avoid stock loss.

The ideal candidate would be honest, meticulous and hard-working, with an electrical and mechanical maintenance background.
One must be a team player who is also able to work on his initiative.

Computer literacy and the ability to communicate in Maltese and English are necessary.
