Customer Logistics Coordinator

As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our furniture to our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and schedules to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule furniture deliveries
• Communicate with customers to arrange delivery times and provide updates
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications and scheduling software
• Fluency in the Maltese language is required.
