In the role of Assistant Warehouse Manager you will organize the activities of the team entrusted to you to ensure correct and timely management of the goods within the assigned Logistics Center Area.

What you'll do

  • Overseeing of the area of responsibility and of the relevant team;
  • Implementation of new projects and concepts;
  • Assurance of the correct implementation of the goods checks, storage and replenishment processes;
  • Preparation and execution of stock takes;
  • Support in the process of selecting new team members;
  • Onboarding and training of newly hired team members.

What you'll need

  • Must be at least 18 years old;
  • The flexibility to work on different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays;
  • Previous work experience in logistics or in structured warehouses;
  • Previous experience in overseeing other team members will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to multitask;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office package;
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must;
  • Knowledge of Maltese and Italian languages will be considered an asset.
