Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to lead and guide a team of developers in creating superior software solutions that align with our clients’ visions. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into development tasks, and ensuring the team remains on schedule to deliver projects successfully.

The ideal candidate will play an active role in both software development and mentoring developers by answering queries, conducting code reviews, and providing constructive feedback. You will also oversee project timelines, maintain comprehensive
documentation, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively contribute to the development of software projects.

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.

• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with coding standards.

• Maintain clear code documentation, comments, and version control (Git).

• Plan and create project timelines to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to developers.

Requirements:

• MQF Level 6 or higher certification in Software Engineering or a relevant equivalent.

• Strong experience with Python/Django and CSS (Must-have).

• Proficiency in React and JavaScript.

• Experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind (advantageous).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
