Senior DevOps Lead

• Lead a dynamic team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment;
• Oversee seamless operations across various locations, ensuring consistent high-quality deliverables;
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different time zones;
• Define and communicate team objectives, ensuring clear prioritization and timely completion;
• Guide team members by soliciting constructive feedback, holding them accountable, and driving ongoing improvements to enhance efficiency and performance;
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to continuously elevate technical expertise and maintain high team standards;
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure, with a preference for GCP;
• Architect and manage efficient CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes;
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automation;
• Monitor system performance, proactively addressing issues and optimizing for stability and efficiency;
• Enforce security best practices across deployments and infrastructure management;
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to refine deployment strategies and improve system performance;
• Manage and optimize container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and others;
• Automate system scaling, logging, and alerting processes to improve reliability;
• Lead incident management efforts, ensuring effective post-incident analysis and continuous system improvements.

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related domains;
• Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing DevOps teams, optimizing workflows to drive operational efficiency and growth;
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GCP Cloud Build;
• Advanced skills in scripting and automation, proficient in Python, Bash, and Go;
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, Ansible;
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog;
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices;
• Proficient with version control systems like Git and Bitbucket;
• Experience with serverless computing technologies like Cloud Functions (GCP), CF Workers, or Cloud Run will be considered an asset;
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB database management will be considered an asset;
• GCP certifications will be considered an asset.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems and microservices;
• Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
