Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Washing Plant Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our washing plant, contributing to the overall quality of our products.

- Operate and monitor washing plant machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
- Adjust machinery settings based on product specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
