Vehicle Sprayer

We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Sprayer to join our team. As a Vehicle Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are finished to the highest quality and meet customer expectations. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, and rolling
- Ensure a smooth and even finish on all surfaces
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling and storing paint and other materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Sprayer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paint and their application techniques
- Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for handling and storing paint and other materials
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills and techniques.
