Rooms Maintenance

A Full-Time vacancy has arisen within the Engineering Department for the post of Rooms Maintenance. The person chosen will be required to carry out preventive maintenance in guest rooms on both electrical and mechanical items.   

The position necessitates a highly motivated individual who will work on his/her own initiative to the highest level of quality within rigorous standards. The ideal candidate must be willing to work shifts, including nights and be in possession of an Electrician’s Licence ‘A’ qualification or equivalent. Other requisites include being computer literate, having basic technical skills, have a smart appearance, be able to work well within a team, flexible and able to adapt to daily changing needs, being well organised and willing to learn new skills. A good command of spoken and written English is a pre-requisite, and one other foreign language, although not necessary, would be advantageous.
