Maintenance Manager

In this role as a Maintenance Manager with a leading hotel group within the Tourism Industry, your duties will include:

• Ensuring a safe, well maintained, and functional environment, and implementing policies to achieve this
• Monitoring energy consumption levels compared to budgets and recommending methods for effective savings
• Ensuring technical drawings, certificates and records are current and properly filed
• Organizing routine maintenance throughout the hotels
• Delivering high-quality standards of customer service and providing creative solutions 
• Acting fast to resolve emergency issues
• Managing the maintenance maintenance team and operations
• Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations
