HVAC Supervisor
Our Client is the leading Building Services Contractor on Malta, also providing facilities management to a number of commercial, healthcare and educational facilities throughout the island.
Due to continued expansion, an HVAC Supervisor is required to join the busy HVAC team.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of HVAC technicians.
- Overseeing various HVAC projects including installation, maintenance and repair
- Assisting Managers with meeting material and labour budgets for projects
- Responsible for the distribution and usage of tools within the team;
- Monitoring works to ensure that progress is according to plans
- Supervising the team; providing training; and assessing performance regularly
- Assisting managers with the review of all necessary documentation
- Monitoring the procurement of materials and equipment
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Train subordinates within training budget parameters
Talent will:
- Possess an approximate 3 years experience in a similar role
- Possess a minimum Diploma in HVACR or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Be computer literate
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Be competent and knowledgeable of Health & Safety requirements
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
