General Labourer & Tiler

Qawra Palace Resort And SPA is currently looking to recruit a General Labourer & Tiler to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for a fit, strong general labourer to perform a variety of physical tasks. General laborers' responsibilities include receiving goods, performing construction site duties and operating construction vehicles.

To be successful as a general labourer you must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks that require stamina and an eagerness to learn on the job. A good general labourer is able to understand instructions and carry them out efficiently within the given deadline.

Responsibilities:

• Providing general maintenance of construction equipment, operating construction vehicles and variety of warehouse equipment
• Duties include plastering, laying tiles and painting various areas
• Handling and transporting materials and goods
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Assume duties and tasks assigned by Superiors.

Requirements:

• A high school qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience in the same position in hospitality industry will be considered an asset, good command of English is an advantage
• Stamina and strength to perform manual labour
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to work overtime
• Excellent hand-eye-coordination skills.
