Bodyshop Preparer

Michael Debono Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Preparer to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Result Areas & Accountabilities:

• Mask/Prepare vehicles for painting 
• Thoroughly review each repair order before working on the vehicle 
• Inspect panels for adherence to company standards for preparation 
• Remove all dust and other particles from prepared panels 
• Must be able to sand, tape, prime, buff, mask and polish panels 
• Remove imperfections from new paint 
• Carrying out other duties as instructed by one’s superiors.

Knowledge & Experience 
Essential requirements: 

• At least 2 years experience in a technical role 
• A clean police conduct 
• Perform required certifications as per company and supplier recommendations 

• MCAST Diploma in panel beating and spraying (MQF Level 4)
