Cleaner : Offices & Flats & Condominiums- Must be available Mornings

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our offices, flats, and condominiums. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently to ensure that our spaces are kept in pristine condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and clients
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and request restocking when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check.
