Michael Debono Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Preparer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Result Areas & Accountabilities:
- Mask/Prepare vehicles for painting
- Thoroughly review each repair order prior to working on a vehicle
- Inspect panels for adherence to company standards for preparation
- Remove all dust and other particles from prepared panels
- Must be able to sand, tape, prime, buff, mask and polish panels
- Remove imperfections from new paint
- Carrying out other duties as instructed by one’s superiors.
Knowledge & Experience
Essential requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a technical role
- A clean police conduct
- Perform required certifications as per company and supplier recommendations.
- MCAST Diploma in panel beating and spraying (MQF Level 4)
