Biomedical / Lab Technician

A new role as a Biomedical / Lab Maintenance Technician is now available. Reporting to the Servicing Manager your responsibilities will include: 

• Servicing a range of medical and laboratory equipment including calibration, validation and preventive maintenance both in Malta and Gozo.
• Performing tests on biomedical equipment, following preventive maintenance guides, repairing and troubleshooting break downs and evaluating service contracts
• Exploring opportunities to add significance to job duties, and by accomplishing different and innovative requests

The remuneration package will depend on the candidate's profile 

• Clean Maltese driving license
• Excellent English, Maltese is preferred
• Occasional travel abroad is necessary at times for training

• The ideal candidate should preferably have an MCAST / Fellenberg HTD diploma in industrial electronics or in biomedical engineering or equivalent.
• Previous working experience on the maintenance of laboratory and biomedical equipment is considered an asset.
